Our service providers will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences and can make recommendations if appropriate. They will let you know what to expect and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.

We select our treatment products carefully. However, if you know you have a problem with a particular product or ingredient, simply let your esthetician know when you attend for your treatment.

If you have booked in for a facial treatment then it is best not to wear makeup. If you really cannot face the glare of the public eye en route to your pampering session, or you are coming straight from work, please do not worry, we double cleanse the skin before every facial which will remove your makeup.

We ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule; so that we have an opportunity to book someone else who might call in for a last minute appointment.

Some of Your Questions

Should I be early or punctual?
Please arrive 20-30 minutes early for your treatment, and give yourself plenty of time to change into your robe and start to relax and unwind before your appointment. It will allow you to get more positive emotions from your visit to our salon.
How do I reserve a salon appointment?
To reserve your service times, please contact our administrators or use the contact form located on our website. Our reservation desk is open 7 days a week to assist you.
What do you do in a facial?
Most of our facials include a relaxing back massage so you need to remove your clothing down to your pants. When you lie on the bed, you are covered with a towel so you feel warm and cosy. Most facials routines include a cleanse, tone and exfoliate, massage and mask. If you are not sure which facial you would like, you can consult our esthetician before making an appointment.
Do you take group bookings?
Yes, these are popular and we are happy to organize them. Subject to availability and depending on the size of group we can also book the whole salon for your exclusive use.
Can I buy the products you use in the salon?
Yes, all the products we use in the salon can be purchased – simply ask your esthetician or Reception. We also have a great selection of delightful gift bags and boxes so they’re ready to give.
